Do any of the other lights not work or is it just the keyboard? It's possible the AlienFX chip on the motherboard is corrupted and you will need a replacement motherboard. There is a way to reprogram the chip but finding someone who can do it is almost impossible these days.
If it's just the keyboard then it could just be a damaged ribbon cable but it could also be the connector on the motherboard.
