What problems are you currently having? If you've tried a few drivers then maybe it's the GPU that is the issue.
If you're getting a Code 43 error after installing a driver then most likely your GPU is failing.

Hi @Syed.siraj76 welcome to this user to user forum. This is not Dell Support.
The M14x R1 (NVIDIA GeForce GT555M) and M14x R2 (NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M) drivers are available on the Dell Support webpages.
See also, Dell NVIDIA Geforce GT 550M/GT 555M Graphics Driver webpage.

If these Dell supplied drivers do not fix this problem, go to
TechPowerUp NVIDIA GeForce GT 555M Specs
Nvidia GeForce GT 650M Support Webpages.
