M17 R4 second SSD shows in BIOS but not windows 10, Raid?
added a 2nd drive, and it show in the BIOS.
BIOS also says SATA Operation: RAID on
could this be why Windows 10 doesn't see the 2nd drive?
if so, what is the best way to fix? just turn RAID off?

for windows to see the second drive you need to assign it a drive letter and format the volume.
you can do this in windows disk management. the new drive will be initially be seen as unallocated till you assign it a drive letter and format the volume.
