I have already had to do this (twice) to get the command center to work, and then today, the FX just suddenly stopped working again. Cannot change the FX at all. Am I seriously going to have to uninstall and reinstall AGAIN?? This is kind of insane. This computer isn't a month old. They couldn't install it right when I ordered it? Do you realize how expensive these are?
We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We just want to make sure you are following the correct steps for resolving this issue. Please confirm the requested system information, so that we can confirm which version of the Command Center you should be using.
I'm literally dealing with the same thing with my brand new m15. My FX tab can't be clicked on and my Fusion doesn't work. I can't see my CPU/GPU temperatures or control OC. All I keep seeing in all the forums are links to the instructions on how to reinstall AWCC. I've reinstalled the thing like 5 times at this point.
How utterly perfect. It won't allow me to send a private message. That's absolutely brilliant. I'm so glad I dropped a few grand on the computer I've dreamed about for 10 years just to have it be a complete trainwreck. I could not be more disappointed or sad. Or trapped. Thanks for nothing, Dell.
I see a new version was released. Following previous instructions I unistalled and reinstalled. Didn't work at all. It no longer tries to update each time I start, but neither are any of my FX active.

Hi,
Please try installing the Command Center from the Microsoft store, and let us know if you still do not have those options.

I don't know if you meant this for me, but I'll try it. I've followed every step meticulously to no avail.

I have no private messages. Nor any record of the ones I sent. So it appears, as I said, that that is not working either.

Check your account settings, it seems that you have the option of private messages, disabled.

I just posted the text of a workaround that actually works, unlike the instructions here.
