Hi @juan88v  this could be a hardware or software problem, and the OP says audio jack doesn't work.

At splash screen, hold down F12 to open boot window, and run (ePSA) Diagnostics and test hardware.

Having booted into the operating system, run Check Disk to find and fix any software file errors on the OS(C:) drive.

Check that speakers and headphone jack are assigned to the Realtek driver.

Hi @crimsom,

Yeah, I ran the ePSA and yes, there is a hardware problem:

"Critical error message

Error code: 2000-0415

Validation code: 130922

Cables - Check the following cable, jumper, connection or sensor: LAN"

I ran the check disc routine and everything is ok.

I don't know whether this issue could be the reason because of I don't have audio.

My next step is check if the speakers and jack are assigned to Realtek drivers.
