OC Controls, no install, previous msi is not found
I am trying to install OC Controls using the Command Center (it prompts the message when I open the application) and all the time I have the following error. That folder does not exist.
Any idea? Thanks a lot!

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

thanks for your message, I have tried to completely uninstall and reinstall as suggested but still having the same issue. Any other suggestions?
