Please Help on Hardware repairs on 17R4

Question

Hello people and Admin, I sincerely request the moderators and devs of this forum to help me out. its been a year and a half since i got my 17R4, after the warranty expired my SSD fried, I have overheating problems and I have a broken CPU fan plus my touchpad mouse does not work. the service center here advised me to extend my warranty and i said ok. i went on facebook where i used to address my issues to the ALIENWARE page previously talking very nice just said to talk to the out of warranty team. i tried but due to the spoken english difference between here ( Pakistan ) and where my machine was registered ( UK ) does not let me to do anything. i requested them on fb to assist me but they simply do not reply and just spam surveys on me. kindly someone of the moderators or devs help me with my hardware repairs, ive paid enough already but i just need some assistance rather than surveys or bots. thanks
