17 R3, keyboard keys problem

I tell you my problem. For some time now I have noticed that different keys on the laptop do not work for me, including "Y", "I", "P", "Delete", and some more. I have searched in forums for a solution, and so far I have been typing with an external keyboard -which works perfectly-. I have tried the following;

1.- Format the laptop and reinstall all drivers from scratch

2.- I have removed the cover to see if the keyboard connection is correct, and it is

3.- I have updated the Bios

4.- I have passed all the diagnostic tools, with the result that no problem is found

Someone with the same problem, who could solve it? The last step would be to acquire a keyboard and replace it, but since the equipment is out of warranty, I am not sure that this would solve it. Ultimately, I would like to know if there is an official technical service in Spain, specifically in Malaga, to repair the equipment.
