Quick Launch Keys Not Working

Hi, I believe my Quick Launch keys are not working.  The Windows key on the keyboard is not working and I can't use the PRT SCRN functions.  I read about a possible solution for a Dell Inspiron on a closed thread that you have to replace any newer versions of the Quickset driver with the older version from the driver list.  I have an Alienware 15 and didn't see this driver listed (maybe it has a different) or maybe this fix doesn't apply to me.  Does anyone have a fix?
