Solutions to Dell OS Recovery image unavailable

So I have been noticing that a lot of people’s service tag were unable to download ISO images =

Download OS Recovery Tool

When you enter your service tag, it says Recovery Image is currently unavailable or due to missing information. And here’s the reason why and solution to it.

The reason that it said missing information is due to recovery partitions aka Dell.wim being deleted. The only way to solve this is by getting it back.  Download OS Recovery Tool if you are Windows 10 and get the7GB above image ISO. On setup delete all your disk and create them again and install Windows. After installing Windows, check again on the website above with your service tag and it will show up again . IF YOU HAVE A WINDOWS 11, try to download the Windows 10 ISO either by another computer service tag that has Windows 10. Then update it from Windows 10 to Windows 11

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.
