Support Assist says drivers up to date yet Device Manager is full of missing drivers

On my Alienware 15 R3, installed a fresh copy of Windows 20H2, installed the latest version of Support Assist, and it says Up to Date under drivers, yet my device manager is missing quite a few drivers. I took screenshots below.

Shouldn't SA automatically pull down and install any missing driver for my Alienware? It's not very useful otherwise. I really don't like having to pick and download each driver individually if I don't have to.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

I manually downloaded every driver available for my system, installed them, rebooted when prompted, and yet I still have 6 unknown devices listed in Device Manager. I was able to resolve a few of the missing devices from my first screenshot, but I'm all out of ideas on these remaining devices.

Does anyone have any idea what these might be, and where I can find the driver for these? Very frustrating.
