Terible dell exp!!

My family was looking for a laptop, I spend nearly a month doing my research, finding the right one. And we were in between Alien m15 and Razor. But we lean more to Dell's product. So we made an order, we manage get discount too, as we learn this device had no promotion, but on website it promo codo was acepted, so they have to sell it for that price. After I ring dell to place an order, had to wait for 4h to get it confirmed. In ring dell like 4 times to find out did I made purchase or not?! As money was still on my account. Later that day received email that they cant charge my card ( needed to call bank to aprove purchase ). But as it took nearly all day to get to this point, I left it for tomorrow. Next day called dell made purchase and waited 3h for confirmation that was received. One of the reasons why I purchesed from dell was delivery time, as on website it state it will arrive just on time, before my flight. On email confirmation on orher had date was pushed by 3days. So to make things right, I contacted dell again. Try to arrange delivery date, and received email “however the ETA as of now is **/**/2018” same as on confirmation email. Oh well lets hope it arrives a day before ETA date and we all be happy..... surprise this morning! Email from dell “Your order has been delayed“ by 3 more days! I already purchesed alienware mouse and from day I made purchase to delivery day took 4days! For laptop been a week now since I purchesed and still not shipped!!! As much I like dell products and was always a bit of fan boy. With this exp its all gonne. Today we making desition to cance order and just go and buy razer blade 15. Called customer support today too, apart from that there is nothing That can be done, adviser finaly was great! Probably I will make some youtube videos aswell, about my exp. I know its not a big deal for somebody to wait one week extra, but to me it is, as Im flying away for 4months. And still no guarantees that it arrive on date they state now. Bottom line, Great products but the bussines model is **bleep**! lossing custumers just like that. Maybe its a problem when ur to big, u dont care about 1persons order. But I tell you this Michael, that one person was your brands representer in his social circle. ( not mention it that I work for apple! ). And if you can afforde to lose it, let it be.
