The keyboard backlight is not adjustable in Alienware M17 R2
I got an Alienware M17 R2 laptop and after a little tweaking and updating to win 10 pro, I decided to set up the keyboard backlight. But in the Alienware Command Center i can't find any way to adjust backlight of the keyboard.
I found a video about reinstalling the command center (including folder deleting and registry clean up), but that didn't help for me at all. After reinstalling I still cannot adjust macros and backlight of the keyboard.
Could anyone help me?

So, as the Dell told me, I removed all partitions and installed a clean Windows 10 Home. After installation, I downloaded the latest version of AWCC and cheers! now everything works!
After that I decided to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro and it works!
It was a factory bug!
