Area-51m R1, update OS Recovery to Windows 11?

I have an Alienware Area-51m R1 laptop (warranty expired April 2020). Right now the OS Recovery tool will load Windows 10 if I need to restore the laptop. If or when I decided to upgrade to Windows 11, will I be able to update the recovery tool so that it will restore to a fresh Windows 11 install or does it have to stay at Windows 10? And then I'd have to restore to Windows 10, then upgrade to Windows 11?
