Unfortunately you are another victim of very poor Dell quality control. If your m15 R4 has a current warranty, contact Dell Product Support and raise a fault ticket so that this farce is investigated. 

To avoid constant disappointment, reject this item supplied within 30 days of date on invoice and request a full refund plus compensation. Dell to pay for return of item or if Dell not willing to pay, Dell will tell you to keep item at no cost.
