I will add that I already disabled the 3 Alienware services in services.msc, and cannot end task AWCC. When I first got the laptop, I was able to but not sure which Windows update or Dell update prevents me from doing so now.
Not sure why but the AWCCService did not catch my attention and didnt stop that one... thank you for your help. Update of my vagcom was successful and can use the tool now.
Just realized when creating a thread I have to manually select my product, didn't realize this till I rechecked now. Thank you for your help never the less.

Hi @5ynt4x3rr0r welcome to this free user to user Alienware laptop discussion forum.
Does this temporary fix work on your system: Deactivate Alienware FX Command Center :: Frostpunk Bugs & tech (steamcommunity.com). You may have to remove AWCC using Revo Uninstaller Free and its Advanced Scan so that all the legacy AWCC files are removed.
