command center with alienware 13 r2
alienware command center wouldn't install and show message "youe installation package is not compatible with your computer"
I connected with Microsoft support and we do every thing we can do but without any effect
please, help

Alienware Command Center Quick Guide, check this article.
Uninstall and reinstall the AWCC following ALL the steps here.
Finally, this is the version you need to install.

Open Regedit with administrator rights
Open this location
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DESCRIPTION\System\BIOS
Make a new String by right clicking the BIOS and Add Value Name : SystemProductName
and Value data: Alienware 13 R2
and try installing again
