m15, AWCC can not control the fan speed, too loud !

The fan speed is always around 63% to 75%, even if I change the thermal curve or fix the the fan speed. The minimum fan speed is always around 63%, even if the CPU temp is about 45 to 50 degree. Change profile to quiet or cool makes no difference. But the m15 was so quiet at the beginning. Maybe system updates changed it.
