m15 HDD power issue on reboot

I got a Alienware m15 a few months back and I can hear crisp "KaTa" noise on system REBOOT everytime.

Now BIOS version is 2.1.1.

Such as REBOOT from BIOS Setp or Windows 10 1903, even Windows PE on USB drive. HDD action is power-down then power-up Immediately without "Standby Immediate" notification. Then HDD's "Power-Off Retract Count" in SMART will +1. This power down-up cycle will hurt my HDD!!! 

If i select shutdown or sleep, HDD will shutdown safely without crisp "KaTa" noise, Then press power button Power-Off Retract Count will keep original value.

Obviously, m15 BIOS has issues on HDD power managment. PLZ solve it soon!
