m15 R, AWCC only balanced mode, heating issue

So my laptop is Alienware m15 Ryzen Edition. When I first picked it up, it still had two modes in the AWCC (Alienware Command Center), balanced and high performance. Recently, I found out that the AWCC had lost the high-performance mode, now it only has the balanced mode. I tried to delete it center and download it again but it didn't work. I even tried to reset my Windows 11 and reinstall everything but it is still not there. Anyone know why or having the same issue as me?

I am also having some kind of trouble with the temperature of my laptop when I play. I even play Valorant in the lowest setting, with charged but the temperature of the CPU reached 101 degree. Anyone know how to solve this?

Doing a stress test on a computer is kind of pointless.

because even games won’t stress the CPU to that point and The systems fans already have to kick in to reduce heat from the CPU and GPU.

Dont under-volt it and don’t overclock it because it’s pointless.

Overclocking pros and cons:

+ Higher speeds usually means better preformance

+ Games will run smoother

+ Makes your hardware last a long time in case a new one comes out

- Higher speeds also mean more heat output and Power draw

- Games will run smoother but not that much as newer games are using the GPU more than the CPU

-It may make your computer match the performance of a newer model of your laptop but it doesn’t make it last as long as a non overclocked one.
