m15 R1, AWCC, missing Thermal Controls
There was recently an update for the AWCC (Alienware Command Center) and now I cannot access my thermal controls? They just show a loading icon. I have tried reinstalling the AWCC multiple times
No Events found!

Please uninstall and reinstall the AWCC using the steps in link below:

Also, use Revo Uninstaller (free version)to delete all the leftover AWCC and OC controls registry

If the above step doesn't work:
Run the System Restore tool on computer to see if you're able to go back to the time Alienware control center work for you.

Note: System Restore does not affect any of your documents, pictures, or other personal data. Recently installed programs and drivers might be uninstalled.
