m15 R1, AWCC not working and crashing

My Alienware M15 has always had problems with AWCC, it the OC tab never worked and thermal profiles made no effect. Sometimes when AWCC had an update, it wouldn't recognize the AlienFX keyboard and simply wouldn't let me even turn on the RGB lighting on my Laptop. 

I decided to reinstall AWCC since I read that could solve the problem. Following the guide on the Dell Support website to reinstall AWCC, at the moment of selecting a compatible download with my PC, there mas no AWCC application download. After that, I tried manually selecting an M15 and there was the download.

After successfully downloading the app, when I open it, the same message of "No supported devices were detected" appears, and then without letting me even press OK, it crashes and closes. 

I could really use some help here since I need the lighting on my keyboard, and after all its a very expensive Laptop for it not to work properly.
