Friend, hopefully you've already solved this by now. If not, have you tried stopping the AWCC service and XTUO Intel OC services, then closing AWCC, then restarting your PC - then running the game without opening AWCC?
I was running Red Dead Redemption at 20 FPS before, now with the same settings I'm up to 80. There's something VERY wrong with AWCC.
