m15 R1, NumLock key, glaring software problem
Just bought the Alienware m15 R1 that has the numpad (NOT R2) recently and liking it.
Worst part of it is there is no NumLock screen or ideally a background key light that you can configure.
It looks like they took the M17 keyboard and put in the m15 R1 and this is purely a software thing that totally should be enabled and exist in the M15.
Alienware Support, tell me why don't issue a software update to fix this glaring obvious problem?

So Dell hammers for a Tag # - doesn't get back to me.
Seriously? Is it a firmware issue? Pretty sure the keyboard hardware is the same as the 17" Alienware for the most part so not sure why it's such a fiasco to have a indicator or the ability to assign a user-specified light for a key for the NUMLOCK that OBVIOUSLY has the ability to turn off/on/color based on literally a "bit" of software.
