also I forgot to mention but the error I get is failed to boot and it says no media detected

So its a boot drive issue.
run the ePSA by clicking F12 and then let me know.

Do you think I should try booting off a usb stick and clearing up storage or do you think this issue is on the hardware side

I can’t see the image you posted.
tell me what it says and I’d recommend using the usb to lean up the files on it and if it doesn’t detect the boot drive, it’s a failed boot drive.

Everything was passed with includes a boot test a hard drive test memory cpu gpu everything however I did not see a test for the boot drive (ssd) however that must be part of the boot test

Can you see the drive in the bios?
if you can, it’s a windows issue.
if you can’t, it’s a drive issue,

So the laptop will boot to the BIOS but fails to boot to Windows? If this is the case then it's probably your SSD or maybe Windows corruption.
What happens when it fails to boot? Does it do a hard shut down and try to restart or does it just sit there trying to load?
