m15 R1, keeps crashing while playing higher end games

I want to play rainbow six siege on my Alienware m15. i’m definite i have more than good enough specs to run the game in high settings. however even on low settings although it runs smoothly after about 30 mins or less my laptop will suddenly either blue screen or making a buzzing noise and freeze and i have to force shut it down. i’ve talked to support about this for so long and nothing’s helped. i’ve checked my drivers, my thermals on my cpu and gpu, and reset the operating system etc. but nothing’s worked. someone with a similar problem said they replaced the hdd with an ssd because they thought the hdd couldn’t handle the games or temperatures or something so i’m not sure maybe that could work but at this point i don’t know what to do. right now it just feels like a waste of almost 2k.
