m15 R2, UAE, Technical Support?

Question

I bought the Alienware m15 r2 from the USA this year and then I moved to Dubai. I got the warranty transferred. Currently, I am facing the startup issues with my system. So I tried to contact Dell Technical Support. But to be honest, I couldn't find a UAE Technical Support email address, contact number on anything? I did find one contact number on Dell's website, which always say that it is an invalid number when dialed. The biggest problem is my warranty is getting expired at the end of this year and before that I need to get it fixed. So if someone could help me to contact Dell UAE Technical Support than it would be of great help. Thanks!

In that part of the world, all sales/service/support is through authorized dealers -- Dell has no official corporate presence or support.

Look locally for the nearest Dell authorized dealer. That said, is this model system sold in that market? If not, even with an ownership transfer, you would need to return it to the US for warranty repair.

Hi @ar.dildar have just used our browser and it offered Contact Us | Dell United Arab Emirates, but this does not work for us, presumably because we are not in UAE. The browser also gave the following summary, but we do not know if this is old or current information:-

Hi @ar.dildar  as your Dell warranty is valid, send Private Message to @DELL-Cares asking for contact dell customer support.

See above. You need to contact a dealer in your location that sells and supports Dell (Alienware) sytems.

If you contact Dell USA, they'll likely tell you the system needs to be shipped to the USA for repair.
