m15 R2, touchpad
Hi there,
When I first got the computer the touchpad was working perfect. But after updating the computer, when you scroll down/up no matter it starts lagging not working properly. Help me please. It is really annoying.

They told me to backup, format and reinstall the windows. I asked how but they didnt reply me back. So im still waiting

I have the exact same problem, the update is making my touchpad go weird. it used to work just like the touchscreen of my phone, but now, after updating, only when i lift my fingers off the touchpad actually does the command (for pinch zoom or scrolling). I do not understand what the problem is but it`s pretty bad. Paying thousands of pounds for a laptop and this happens... it`s bad and frustrating. anyone found a solution?

I have actually found a solution to this problem. Try to recalibrate tobii. it did the trick for me. Absolutely awful bug, hopefully dell takes notice of this and fixes the issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
