Support for Alienware m15 R3, Drivers & Downloads, Alienware Command Center Application, AWCC v5.3.2.0 <ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell> installs AlienFX 2.0 which has no Dell troubleshoot capabilities.
Do not know what 'prubowalem' means, is this a game that installs a customised AWCC LED lighting system? So switching back the default AWCC LED lighting system is required?

I cant change a color of alienhead backside its only red color everything else work

This link has additional information on the logo colour change. I believe that was possible only on older Alienware laptops.
