Hi @Chris Awesome  welcome to this user to user discussion forum. This is not Dell Support.

Dell sent a contractor to fix your system and contractor messed up!  You are within the Dell 30 day approval window, do not wait, contact Dell as soon as possible and request a New replacement system. The system supplied is clearly not fit for purpose and Dell Quality Control should never have released this for public consumption. Expect call handler to try and tell you that your request in not valid, even when it is the Dell Approved Process [Here]. If there is any difficulty, ask to speak to supervisor, only to be told that no supervisors are available. Then request registration of Formal Complaint with confirmation by email. Then ask for escalation of your formal complaint to tier that can authorise New replacement system. Be clear what remedy you now want, New replacement system or full refund. If problem persists, get in touch with credit card company, explain the situation and ask them for full refund. If Dell want their system returned, they pay and arrange for everything. Make sure to keep full records, including all email evidence, just in case Dell play hardball.

I have emailed many people, called many people and pretty much told not problem. We have procedures to follow and you’ll get a call in approx 3 days with information about the warranty exchange for a new device. Completely dissatisfied with the attitude of the Dell tech and customers service.
