m15 R3, Display is Freezing/Glitching/Pausing

Question

I have noticed that my Alienware M15 R3 has been periodically 'freezing' for about a second every 10 seconds or so. When it happens, the video/display pauses while audio continues uninterrupted, then it catches up to wherever it's at. Case in point, while typing this out, the cursor would pause, then like another 6-7 letters would just appear on the screen and get me current. Playing a video, the audio would continue with no issue, but the video would pause, then catch up. Any thoughts?

Hey Could you tell me if you solved the issue?

I'm having the same stuff happen now-in 2022-but exactly as you described.

I have tried cleaning the laptop inside etc, reinstall Win10 but no positive result...
