We moved this thread to the Alienware Laptops board.

Update December 9, 2020 = A DELL-Cares agent setup a Service Request.

Thank you so much for everything I have a working system now since two days ago. The technician came and replaced both the SSDs and I downloaded the recovery OS tool and the Windows 10 image for Alienware and the system booted up. It has been two days and the system is still working fine.
