Welcome to the Dell Community @Mandhar

Have you opened the Base Cover to see what type of form factor is installed and if you will need mounting hardware???

Alienware m15 R4 Service Manual:

Since you are replacing the SSD's in slot 1 and 2 it is hard to say which drive will be the boot drive???

Slot 3 is the WWAN slot and only takes 2230 SSD's.

Hope I understand this right. If you have 2, 256GB drives setup in raid 0, they are both the boot drive. You can get a low cost drive enclosure to mirror your drive to the new one, then install the new drive. Then you can install the 2nd new drive and setup raid with the new drives if you want raid. Personally, I'd just leave it as a 2 drive setup.
