m15 R4, buzzing speaker noise when turn on

Question

My wife just got a new m15 R4 laptop. Every time it turns on it make a buzzing noise coming from the internal speakers. Sounds like an old TV with no signal, and then it stops. Found some solutions here but nothing solved the problem.

Update = Out tools show that the Depot repair setup by DELL-Cares was completed on January 27, 2022.
