Although my AWCC run smoothly. and it detects that I'm using an M15 R4 it seems the model pic of it disappear. I don't know.. maybe a minor issue but I kind of miss it. I use is as a preview when I'm editing my lights and FX. Could anyone help?? thanks

Just an update.. I Uninstalled the latest version using Revo Uninstaller.. then installed the older version. Did reinstall the latest OC control which works fine with the older version of the AWCC. Shout out to the support team who helped me fix the issue. Dell support is the best.

Need to revert to the older version of The AWCC the 5.2.106.0

That's it

Hi @Jerpz  seems that install of AWCC did not fully load, revisit the downloaded AWCC update and run as administrator. Because AWCC already installed, a different window appears. Select repair AWCC, wait for AWCC installed successful notification to appear, and then Restart (not Shut Down). AWCC FX repair should reinstate image of laptop.

Hi @Jerpz  Use AWCC update file saved in your download folder to repair AWCC FX.

The Revo Uninstaller post is in the "Alienware command center update is breaking it" thread.
