m15 R4, screen and games crashing, please help

Hi!

Finally my new m15 R4 arrived (i7 + 32gb + 3080). I installed a couple of games to test it and the following screen "error" happened.

It happens with both the laptop monitor and the external monitor.

I updated all drivers (nvidia, bios, AWCC), uninstalled and reinstalled Alienware Command Center and even did a restore point but it keeps happening

I lowered CS-GO parameters and works fine. Dota 2 too. Tryed to test Battlefield V (on 60hz or 300hz), and this ocurs every time. Has it happened to someone else? any ideas?
