m15 R4, system memory errors leading to blue screen
For the last few weeks, I have started to experience more and more blue screen errors on my Alienware m15 R4 (Windows 11). The error screen usually mentions that the fault is memory. I bought this laptop just 5 months ago.
How can system memory fail so fast? The most intense thing I used this laptop for was video gaming, followed by coding. My blue screen errors happen at least once every week. I requested change parts with my warranty. I hope that this laptop's quality isn't so bad that I have to do this every 5 months.

Hi @xsongyangx welcome to this free user to user Alienware laptop discussion forum. This is not Dell Support.
Support for Alienware m15 R4 Setup and Specifications Memory says the Onboard system memory is integrated (soldered) onto the system board and cannot be upgraded after purchase.
Please visit your online Dell Account and create Service Request to have system board (aka motherboard) replaced. Dell Technical Support should then request online session so that they can use their diagnostic software to determine root cause of this problem. If required, Dell will replace system board under first year warranty.
Please click on @DELL-Cares to send Private Message requesting their assistance. Thank you.
