m15 R5, 2nd SSD mounting issues

Question

I've read all the reports about the lack of the 2nd SSD mounting bracket and thermal shield. The thing I find interesting is that all the part numbers appear to be different in a number of posts. When I called support to order, I was told none were in stock and to check out third party suppliers or call back in two weeks. So I ordered one that may or may not work, on eBay, given that I can literally only run one game at a time as I ordered the 256gb version with no secondary SSD as I already have one. I mean, c'mon. Those two parts should be included. Anyone else find confirmed parts that fit? I've been given Bracket: FJ75H and Heat Shield: 06HH2 or 0VGY4.

There has been considerable discussion in Dell thread m15 R5 Ryzen, SSD thermal shield. Image and buying the correct parts is posted on page 5. The M15 Ryzen Edition R5: (1) M.2 Screw Mount is DP/N MHKK8 0MHKK8, (2) M.2 2280 Thermal Shield is DP/N 026X1Y 26X1Y, and (3) M.2 2230 Thermal Shield is DP/N FJ75H 0FJ75H, all are advertised on Amazon, etc. The part name may be different, so its best to search using the Dell part number (DP/N).

Request Dell Product Support create "missing parts Service Request" for you, this is the best and only solution. Remember to include heatshield's DP/N X197K M2x4 Screw (quantity of 2).

There is NO installation kit. Do not mention installation kit. If you do, you will be transferred to sales with no solution.

Thanks. I've given Dell one of two choices. Provide the parts for free, or the steps to cancel the puchase and return the laptop.

I'm stunned they want to now sell me the parts that should have been included.
