m15 R5, installed Windows 11, the display is dim
Alienware m15 Ryzen Edition R5
I have the 240Hz refresh rate LCD with 400 nits of brightness. After installing Windows 11 the display brightness is dimmer. I have tried more than one Windows 11 installations but my LCD is still dim. Does anyone know when will Dell fix this because after searching on the internet this is caused by Dell provided drivers intentionally limiting the max brightness of the screen for Windows 11. I have no problems with Windows 10, my laptop LCD is really bright.

I am shocked and literally without words that after buying this laptop specifically with 400 nits display, in 6 months time I get a much lower brightness than expected upgraded to Windows 11. Even though the selling point for me in this laptop that costed me $2600 was its 400 nits brightness. I shouldn't even be on this forum asking for something like this. I have paid a lot of money and I cant even use this thing properly to game and which was the reason I bought it. The brightness on this thing is so bad that even for daily use is is bad. I am 5 months outside Dell warranty and will definitely not shove more money into this bad company and will definitely look elsewhere when I decide to upgrade to a new laptop.
