AWCC FX can be toggled off and on (FN + F12), but the power button LED remains on. Seemingly the mainboard power supply rail for the AWCC FX LED lights has failed, and a new mainboard is the fix.

To request assistance under warranty, please click on Get Help Now icon on the right hand side of this webpage.
Please Sign In to your online Dell account and create Service Request, so that Dell Support knows that there is a problem to fix under Dell warranty.
Click on Product Support and Sign In link to your online Dell account is in top RH corner.
