I've tried most of these (except open the laptop) and only an external USB keyboard works. The lights are on but it's not typing anything when click on the laptop keys.
Why would you also provide a link to powerdrain where the youtube instruction is to open the laptop? -- that's a silly suggestion coming from support from DELL.
My R15 M6 is not even 1 year old and I'm getting these issues.

Its also on windows 11 if that has anything to do with it.

Please follow these steps and let me know the results:
- Power drain your system as instructed here.
- Update your computer's BIOS.
- Check if an external keyboard works fine.
- Try running the computer's diagnostics test.
