m15 R6, fan keep turning on and off
My new Alienware laptop has some problem with the fan, the fan keeps turning on and off, even when I did nothing. The fan will suddenly turn on for 1 sec or 2 and immediately shut off for 3-4 sec and turn on again, repeat. the fan is not running full speed, and it is not very loud, it is just very annoying, especially when you are working beside it. I know I can turn the fan off in the AWCC, but it is annoying to keep adjusting it. Is anyone else having the same problem?

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.
This is normal and working as designed. The fan speed will alternate per temperatures. So full fan speed at 50°C.
