Hi @saywhat2365 are the drive(s) of small capacity, and nearly full? The OS(C:) boot drive should have lots of empty space for temporary files to open, as required. Are all the personal files on the Data drive? Is the RAM capacity small? Has the OS(C:) drive been assigned as virtual RAM?
I don't see any issues in reliability report. And it's basically a new laptop only had it a few days. Completely stock with basically no personal files on it. 16 gb of ram and a 512 gb nvme ssd. All components are from the factory. I'm thinking I'm going to have to contact support and hopefully it's under warranty.

Have you done a regular boot without any drives connected to see if the BIOS is at fault? If it still takes long even wtihout any drives connected you need to return the device.

Just an update. I had to send this in and they replaced a faulty logic board. Thanks for all the help!

Hello, I see you are looking for technical assistance.
Other than the provided power adapter, is there anything else plugged into the m15 R6?

No, only the power adapter is connected. I also tried resetting the cmos and resetting it back to factory settings.
