m15 R6, must press power button twice to turn it on, #2

I bought a new M15 R6 laptop and it arrived on 21st Sept. Even since its first boot, I noticed that sometimes I need to press the power button multiple times before it can boot successfully: the light flashes for a few seconds but the screen won't be lit. While other times the computer automatically boots after opening the lid. 

I've tried multiple ways to address this problem, including:

1. updating the BIOS to the newest 1.5.1 version,
2. resetting the BIOS multiple times
3. pressing the power button for 30 seconds without the cable
4. turning off hybrid startup in the win10 control panel.

But nothing worked for me. Today the situation gets worse: I succeeded booting the machine only after 2 failed attempts (please see the log attached below, it automatically powered off seconds after powered on). I did find a "pattern" for these failed boots: if the Alienhead flashes immediately after my press, the boot is due to be failed. A successful boot only happens if the Alienhead starts to flash seconds after pressing the power button.

Besides that, I also noticed several quality related issues of my laptop:

1. There is a very wide gap at the corner of the laptop's back cover (as attached). I could not close it even with multiple reinstalls
2. The computer didn't come with a bracket (stand) for its second SSD slot (as attached). My laptop was manufactured on July 31st and should come with the bracket according to the customer support. They helped me order one though.

After spending so many time trying to resolve these problems for my NEW LAPTOP, I just feel so tired and decided to return it. I feel really sad as I've spent so many time setting up my work environment on the laptop and I really like the laptop, but these problems are just unacceptable. The quality control of Alienware does need to be improved.
