m15 R7, full speed mode automatically turning on for specific games

Hello! I recently bought an Alienware m15 R7 laptop, and while I've enjoyed using it so far, the biggest problem I've had with it so far is that specific games (namely any RPG Maker game I play) keep automatically turning on Full Speed mode / high performance mode, even though I don't want it to, especially considering RPG Maker games are not very intensive programs. I know that Fn + F1 turns off FSM and Fn + F7 turns the keyboard lights back on, but I'd rather make it so that it doesn't automatically turn on for all of these games and so that I don't have to do this every time I play an RPG Maker game. How do I go about doing that? Thanks!
