m15 R7, out of box issues

After 10 or 11 months of having issues, I finally get a replacement laptop one would think problems over, NOPE turn it on first issue my laptop can't detect any Wi-Fi. Like nowhere in the system it's like it doesn't exist, so their "technician" says he will dial in remotely to try solve the problem, thought that was funny then he says update my system. Well for starters no internet and secondly updates should NOT be affecting my Wi-Fi as they are two different things altogether. Next problem I finally get it working don't know how but now after all the updates that come along with a new laptop I get strange beeping noise at random interval's just like my last m15 R5. This system also struggles to play basic games that my friend can play, and to put that into context they do not have fiber as they live remotely kind of, and their laptop is 8 years old and a cheap one. All in all, I think I'll be asking for my money back. The new laptop is only a week old.
