If Alienware m15 R7 purchased from Dell with Dell warranty, within the first 30 days you have option to reject system delivered with faults. Dell Refund policy, New vs Refurbished - Dell Community. A full refund is normally the best option. Wait for Dell to collect Alienware m15 R7 laptop.
I recently have the same problem, I've had mine for a about a year already and all of a sudden it started this rattling / vibrating noise when I turn it on and it persists when no matter the fan speed. I don't know what to do anymore I did diagnostics and software checks and everything is fine. Please help I need a fix I need this laptop daily.
