m15, is dead
Dear all,
Hope you are doing great.
As the subject of this message says, my Alienware m15 (3 months old) is dead. Yesterday, after a normal daily usage I turned off the laptop and today when trying to turn it on, it simply didn't do anything. Now I cannot start the laptop (check the following video: here ). How can this be possible with a 3-month-old laptop which is supposed to be a premium quality brand laptop? This is not acceptable.
What the is the problem? I never suspected any bad behavior since I'm using it. Anyone with a similar problem?

3 months? it should be in warranty.
Contact DELL to get suppport.

Yes, only 3 months. Bought it in early July this year.
That is what I am going to do. Just wanted to share with the community before going through the support.

1) All computers, even Alienwares are manufactured through automation. Guess what.. it happens.
2) Can happen to anything from cars to tv's to PC's. .. but thats life.
3) You should have onsite service, so they'll be coming out to you to try and fix it.
