3 months? it should be in warranty.
Contact DELL to get suppport.

Yes, only 3 months. Bought it in early July this year.
That is what I am going to do. Just wanted to share with the community before going through the support.

1) All computers, even Alienwares are manufactured through automation. Guess what.. it happens.2) Can happen to anything from cars to tv's to PC's. .. but thats life.3) You should have onsite service, so they'll be coming out to you to try and fix it.
