m17 R1, disk upgrade and RAM

Question

Dear folks, i need help with upgrading to a better disk storage. I own a M17 i8750 RTX 2070 Max Q Design, 16GB of RAM 512 GB NVME and 1TB Hydrid (idk what it means tho, it's super slow anyway). Thing is, I want better disk speed for faster loading and more RAM for multitasking. Questions: 1.- Can I upgrade the 1TB disk for a 1 or 2TB NVME? What kind should it be? 2.- Can I upgrade RAM for 2x16GB? Whats the maximum Mhz speed I can use? 3.- If possible, i would like to hear good choices. Does this affect the guarantee? Thanks a lot.
