Support for Alienware 17 (R1) Troubleshooting provides explanation of the System diagnostic lights and it includes how to undertake Flea power release. Please have a look at how to Resolve No Power, No POST, No Boot or No Video issues with your Dell Computer | Dell US. Please reseat the memory RAM cards.
